Russia/Belarus subject to Sectigo restrictions

Comodo, now known as Sectigo, began blocking all orders from Russia and Belarus on 3rd March 2022.

This means that new orders will not be processed for domain names ending in .ru, .by, and .рф as well as for orders that indicate Russia or Belarus in the ORG/Admin/Tech in the details. SSL reissues are also affected.

For now, Digicert (Thawte, RapidSSL, GeoTrust) still allow orders. We expect an official DigiCert decision within the next few days.
