DDoS Protection Policy

1 Tbps DDoS protection for occasional use

In a calendar month, the protection filters the first 2 waves of DDoS attacks. A wave is any kind of attack targeting any IP in your infrastructure for up to 3 days. The filter will block the attacked IPs for the following waves of attacks detected within the same calendar month. We will handle volumetric DDoS attacks up to 1 Tbps as well as application-specific layer7.

QuickHostUK will determine at its sole discretion if this DDoS Protection Policy is being abused. Where abuse of this policy occurs, we may take appropriate action, up to, but not limited to;

• Requiring that you upgrade to a paid DDoS Protection plan
• Null routing the DDoS target IP

1 Tbps DDoS protection

During an attack, traffic is redirected for filtering. We handle volumetric DDoS attacks up to 1 Tbps as well as application-specific layer7 automatically. There is no limit on how many attacks you receive per month or how large they are.

Price: £50 + VAT per month per IP
