.eu domain registration requirements

Europe is represented by the country code top-level domain (ccTLD) .eu

The following persons are eligible to register .eu domain names according to the policy of the .eu registry:

  • Citizens of the Union, regardless of their place of residence
  • A natural person who is not a Union citizen but resides in a Member State
  • Incorporated within the Union
  • Organizations established within the Union that are not subject to national law
