All products and services offered by QuickHostUK are provided on a recurring basis until explicitly canceled by the customer. This means that your payment method on file will be charged automatically according to the billing cycle associated with the subscribed product or service.
Accepted Payment Methods
QuickHostUK reserves the right to use any payment method stored in our system to collect recurring payments. However, it is important to note that PayPal payments are subject to specific conditions.
Customers using PayPal for their payments must be aware that PayPal can only send payments from the user’s PayPal account. It is the customer’s responsibility to manage their PayPal recurring payment subscription. If a product or service is canceled, customers must also cancel the associated PayPal recurring payment from within their PayPal account to avoid indefinite recurring payments being sent.
Responsibility of the Customer
Customers are solely responsible for managing their subscriptions, including canceling products or services and associated PayPal recurring payments. Failure to cancel a PayPal subscription from within their PayPal account may result in indefinite payments being sent to QuickHostUK.
Non-refundable Erroneous PayPal Payments
Any erroneous payments made through PayPal, including those resulting from a failure to cancel the subscription, are non-refundable. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the timely and accurate cancellation of subscriptions and associated payment methods.
By using QuickHostUK’s products and services, you acknowledge and agree to abide by this Recurring Payments and Subscription Policy. QuickHostUK reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time, and it is the customer’s responsibility to stay informed about any changes.
