Remote Support Session Agreement (RSSA)

Upon accepting a remote session from a QuickHostUK representative in order to assist you with a technical issue, you agree to accept responsibility for any changes made to the desktop content or system settings. Please note that QuickHostUK does not assume any liability concerning the linking and viewing of any desktop content, the operation of your software, or the performance of your system.

For your security and privacy, QuickHostUK recommends that you close any applications that are displaying content such as personal or confidential information prior to allowing QuickHostUK’s operator to initiate a remote support session. Additionally, QuickHostUK recommends that you remain seated at your desk for the duration of the remote session.

Any session set up and agreed upon by QuickHostUK will be notified to you in advance. Your personal information is very important to us. It is your responsibility to regularly back up your data. QuickHostUK cannot be held responsible for any data loss that occurs during or following a remote session. If you require assistance in setting up a backup procedure for your data, please do not hesitate to contact us for further assistance.

QuickHostUK takes the utmost care in the operation of your computer. QuickHostUK cannot, however, guarantee that our service will resolve your technical issue or that any attempt to resolve this issue will not result in additional issues.
