QuickHostUK Multi-Year Web Hosting Agreement

This Web Hosting Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by and between QuickHostUK (“Provider”) and the customer (“Customer”) as of the date of purchase.

1. Services

1.1 Hosting Services: Provider agrees to provide web hosting services to Customer under the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement.

1.2 Included Features:

– Hosting for up to 10 Websites
– One Free Domain Registration for the first year
– Unlimited Storage
– Unlimited Bandwidth

2. Term and Termination

2.1 Initial Term: The initial term of this Agreement shall be for twelve (12) months (“Initial Term”), commencing on the date of Customer’s purchase.

2.2 Renewal Term: Upon expiration of the Initial Term, this Agreement shall automatically renew for an additional twelve (12) months (“Renewal Term”) at the standard rate of £4.99 per month unless terminated by either party in accordance with Section 2.4.

2.3 Subsequent Renewal: Upon expiration of the Renewal Term, this Agreement shall automatically renew on a monthly basis at the standard rate of £4.99 per month unless terminated by either party in accordance with Section 2.4.

2.4 Termination by Customer: Customer may terminate this Agreement at any time by providing written notice to Provider. If Customer terminates before the end of the Initial Term, an early termination fee of £36 will apply. If Customer terminates after the Initial Term but before the end of the Renewal Term, an early termination fee of £30 will apply.

2.5 Termination by Provider: Provider may terminate this Agreement at any time with immediate effect if Customer breaches any term of this Agreement.

3. Fees and Payment

3.1 Introductory Price: For the Initial Term, Customer agrees to pay an introductory rate of £1.00 per month.

3.2 Renewal Price: Upon renewal after the Initial Term, Customer agrees to pay the standard rate of £4.99 per month for the Renewal Term.

3.3 Subsequent Renewal Price: Upon expiration of the Renewal Term, Customer agrees to pay the current standard rate per month for any subsequent renewals.

3.4 Domain Renewal: The free domain included in the Initial Term will renew at the standard domain renewal rate as listed at https://www.quickhost.uk/domains/.

3.5 Payment Terms: Fees for services are due in advance and will be billed to the payment method provided by Customer.

3.6 Early Termination Fee: If Customer terminates this Agreement before the end of the Initial Term, an early termination fee of £36 will be charged to cover the cost of the service delivery and the free domain.

4. Customer Responsibilities

4.1 Compliance: Customer agrees to comply with all applicable laws and regulations in connection with the use of the services provided under this Agreement.

4.2 Content: Customer is responsible for all content stored or transmitted via the hosting services and agrees not to engage in any activity that could harm the Provider’s servers or reputation.

5. Provider Responsibilities

5.1 Service: Provider guarantees a 99.9% uptime for hosting services.

5.2 Support: Provider agrees to provide 24/7 customer support to assist with any issues or inquiries.

6. Limitation of Liability

Provider shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the services provided under this Agreement.

7. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.

8. Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior agreements, understandings, and representations.

9. Amendment

Provider reserves the right to amend this Agreement at any time by providing written notice to Customer.

10. Acceptance

By purchasing the hosting services, Customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
