For us, it’s not just about numbers – it’s about finding the right fit for your client base. Our goal is not to just acquire as many clients as possible, but to provide excellent service to them. Our goal is quality, not quantity.
Criteria
If you are a UK based hosting company, we’ll consider purchasing your client base. However, we do not buy physical assets since we will migrate all clients to our High Wycombe, UK data centre and place them on our own servers. Migrating sites is something we do well, and we ensure you have a painless, effortless migration with minimal downtime.
Your company must meet all of the following:
- The company is UK based
- 90% of the clients are UK based
- The company is stable showing revenue growth
- The company has been established for at least 2 years
- Uses WHM/cPanel or Plesk panels
- Uses WHMCS or Blesta billing systems
Not all potential acquisitions may meet these requirements, however, we welcome any potential sellers to reach out to us as we may be able to work with other panels and systems.
How it works
- Non-disclosure agreement
As long as you satisfy our minimum requirements, we’ll send you a digitally-signable NDA so that we can discuss your project confidently. - Valuation
Through this process, we’ll examine your company’s current state and get to know you, your clients, and your mission. If the two of us are a good match, we will negotiate a cost that works for both of us. - Sale
An event schedule and sale date will be arranged. This allows us to plan for the transition, such as new hardware, staff, etc., and ensure a smooth transition.
Payment
We’ll typically offer 6-12 months of revenue generated from shared and reseller hosting accounts. Domains are not included because we charge just over cost.
