How does the monthly cap work?
You’re billed by the hour for exactly what you provision. Run a VM 24/7, and the bill is capped at the monthly price shown – you never pay more, even in a long month. Delete it, and you stop paying.
Is Windows Server (and SQL) licensing included?
Yes. Deploy Windows Server from a one-click template and add SQL Server as a licensed add-on – the licence is built in and billed with your VM. You get your download link and key in the panel. No separate Microsoft purchase, no tickets.
What do I get with the free account?
Creating a free account gives you access to the cloud panel plus free credit to get started – no card required. Build a VM, try the canvas and the CLI, and only pay once your credit runs out.
How is bandwidth billed?
Every workspace includes 1 TB of egress; after that, it is £0.003/GB. We only bill egress – not total bandwidth – and inbound is free. IPv6 /64 is included at no charge.
What happens if hardware fails?
Our infrastructure is true high-availability: enterprise Xeon Gold nodes with triple-replicated NVMe. If a node fails, your VM restarts automatically on healthy hardware, and your data survives because every block is written three times.
Where is my data hosted?
In our own UK data centre, we own and operate it. We are ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 certified and have been hosting since 2012.
