'Delivered' means the receiving mail server accepted the message, not necessarily that it reached the inbox. Message bodies are never logged.

An SMTP relay accepts outbound email from authenticated applications, websites or servers and passes it on to the recipients' mail systems. QuickSMTP provides this as a managed service, so you don't need your own outgoing mail infrastructure.
What are the connection details?
Server smtp.quicksmtp.uk, port 587 with STARTTLS, and the username and password for your sender from QuickCloud. Authentication is always required.
Can I use QuickSMTP with WordPress?
Yes. Use a WordPress SMTP plugin with the connection details and credentials from QuickCloud.
Do my servers need to be hosted with QuickHost?
No. QuickSMTP works with any provider and application that supports authenticated SMTP.
Can I use it with cPanel or Plesk?
Yes. Mail servers and hosting panels can use QuickSMTP as an outbound smarthost.
How many sending domains can I add?
As many as you need, on every plan. Plans differ by monthly volume, not by the number of domains.
Are DKIM and SPF supported?
Yes. QuickSMTP generates a DKIM key and DNS record for each sending domain and guides you through SPF.
Can I see whether an email was delivered?
Yes. QuickCloud shows each message as accepted, delivered, deferred or bounced, with the reason the receiving server gave. Delivered means the receiving server accepted it, not necessarily that it reached the inbox.
What happens if I need more emails?
Upgrade to a higher plan in QuickCloud and it takes effect straight away. If you need more than our largest plan, talk to us for a quote.
Can I create separate credentials for my websites?
Yes. Create a separate sender for each website, application or server, so you can pause or replace one without affecting the others.
Do you store my email content?
No. Message bodies are never logged. Subjects and addresses are kept in the delivery log so you can troubleshoot and so we can detect abuse.
Is QuickSMTP an email hosting service?
No. It is for outbound email only and does not provide mailboxes or receive incoming mail.
How is QuickSMTP billed?
Monthly from your QuickCloud credit, with no long-term contract. Downgrades and cancellations take effect at the end of the paid month. Prices exclude VAT.
