Why QuickCloud Magento Hosting
Everything your store needs. Nothing for you to maintain.
Most Magento store owners are business owners, not server admins. So you buy a store, not a server. Your shop runs on its own server, and we take care of it.
One-Click Store
Pick a package. Start selling.
Choose a package and availability option and your store is ready in about 10 minutes, on the latest Mage-OS release.
Tuned for Speed
Fast pages, out of the box.
Full-page caching, search, cache and database are installed and tuned to your package, in production mode from day one.
No Server to Manage
We look after it for you.
There is no server for you to log in to, update or fix, and no server words in your control panel. Just your store.
Secure by Default
Locked down from the start.
Two-factor admin login, a hidden admin address and a firewall that only allows web traffic.
Store Email That Arrives
Order emails, delivered.
Order and account emails go through our SMTP relay, with DKIM and SPF set up for your domain.
Domains and HTTPS
Your address, made easy.
Start on a free store address, then connect up to 5 of your own domains. HTTPS is free and automatic.
What's inside
A proper Magento stack, set up for you.
Every store gets the components a busy Magento shop needs, installed and tuned to its package. You never have to configure any of it.
Every store gets its own dedicated IPv4 address, the latest Mage-OS release, and runs in production mode from day one.
Packages
Choose your package. Choose your availability.
Each package shows a typical store size as a guide, not a limit: there are no caps on products, visitors or orders. Billed hourly, with a monthly cap so a month never costs more than the price shown.

Availability
Two choices. Your store, your way.
Every package lets you choose how it runs: High Availability or Standard, and shared or dedicated CPU.
High Availability
From £91.15 / month
- If the hardware fails, your store restarts automatically on another server
- Storage replicated across the cluster
- Best for stores where every hour of trading counts
Standard
From £67.19 / month
- The fastest local NVMe storage
- Lower monthly price
- No automatic failover if the hardware fails
Shared or dedicated CPU
Shared CPU
- Lower monthly price
- Great for most growing stores
- Boost CPU and memory instantly when you need it
Dedicated CPU (VDS)
- Dedicated CPU cores, never oversold
- Runs as a virtual dedicated server (VDS)
- Consistent speed at your busiest times
Choose shared or dedicated CPU when you order. Moving from shared to dedicated later needs a short restart, because the server's CPU type changes.
High Availability means an automatic restart on healthy hardware, not zero downtime: your store is back within minutes rather than waiting for a repair.
Domains and HTTPS
Your store. Your domain.
Start on a free store address, then connect up to 5 of your own domains, each with free HTTPS. You can even enter one when you order.
-
1
Add your domain
Add one main address and up to 4 more. The extras redirect to the main one. -
2
Point your DNS
Use the records shown, or click once if your domain is in our Smart DNS. -
3
HTTPS switches on
The domain connects by itself, and the store moves to HTTPS as soon as its free certificate is ready.
Domain in our Enterprise Smart DNS? One click sets up the store and email records. About Smart DNS
Store email
Order emails that reach the inbox.
Your store sends order and account emails through our SMTP Relay, set up for good delivery from the moment it goes live.
DKIM and SPF
Email signing and SPF are set up for your store's domain, checked automatically, and one click in Smart DNS.
Send a Test Email
One button shows whether your test email was delivered or refused, so you know it works.
Safety Limit
If a store suddenly sends far more than normal (usually a sign of a hack), we pause it and tell you. Reaching your monthly allowance never stops order emails.
Your Choice
Prefer your own email provider? Your store can use that instead.
Each package includes a monthly email allowance. Order emails are never stopped when you reach it: extra emails are just £2 per 1,000. About SMTP Relay
Security and peace of mind
Secure, watched and easy to check on.
Your store is locked down from day one, and your dashboard shows its health, cache and storage at a glance.
- Two-factor admin login, set up with a QR code and plain-English steps
- Reset your admin password or two-factor yourself, any time
- Optional: only allow admin logins from your own IP addresses
- Admin page on a hidden, unique address
- Admin password shown once, only to you
- Firewall blocks everything except web traffic
- Our team has a secure route in for support
Backups
Backed up every night. Restored in a few clicks.
Your store is backed up automatically, encrypted with its own key and kept off the server. Take your own backups whenever you like, and restore just what you need.
Nightly and Automatic
Every night, without you doing a thing. Encrypted with your store's own key and kept off the server.
Backup Now
Take a backup before a big change, and give it a name so it is easy to find later.
Restore What You Need
The whole store, just the database, or the files you pick in a simple folder browser.
Safety Copy First
Before any restore, we take a safety copy automatically, so you can always go back.
Backup storage is included with every package: 25 GB on Starter, 50 GB on Growth, 100 GB on Business, 200 GB on Enterprise.
Staging and deployment
Test on staging. Push to live when you are happy.
Make a private copy of your live store in one click, try your changes there, then push the code to live. If anything looks wrong, undo it instantly.
-
1
Copy live to staging
One click makes a password-protected copy, hidden from search engines, with customer data anonymised. -
2
Test your changes
Upload by SFTP, then flush the cache, reindex or apply code changes with a button. -
3
Push to live
We take a safety backup first. If anything looks wrong, undo it instantly.
Customer Data Anonymised
Names, emails and addresses are scrambled on staging by default.
Nothing Gets Out
Payments, live email and outgoing connections are locked, so staging can't charge a card or email a customer.
Caught Emails
Every email staging tries to send is caught, and you can read it in the panel.
Snapshots and Backups
Snapshot staging before you try something, or open any backup in staging to look around.
Tools for growing stores
Built to grow with your store.
Boost for busy days, move your shop across, and see everything that happens.
Instant Boost
Add CPU and memory while your store is running, with no restart, for sales and busy times. Billed by the hour, so you only pay while it is on.
Move Your Store In
Free compatibility check, then a guided move with a final sync for a short cutover. Multi-website stores too.
Developer Mode
SFTP and SSH, Git deploys with rollback, and controls for cron, indexers and caches.
Logs and Error Reports
Error reports, exception log, system log and web server log, all readable in the panel.
Recent Activity
A clear history of what happened to your store and who did it: backups, restores, pushes and logins.
API and MCP
Create staging and push to live from your own tools or an AI assistant, with the QuickCloud API and MCP.
White-Label Ready
Resellers and agencies can offer stores to their own clients under their own brand.
Shop Doctor
AI that reads your store's health and explains problems in plain English, with safe one-click fixes.
Moving an existing store?
Check your store before you move.
1 minute, read-only. Run one command on your current server and QuickCloud tells you whether your store is ready to move, and which package fits.
$ cd /path/to/your/magento &&curl -fsSL https://cloud.quickhost.uk/api/shop/qc-mover.php -o ~/qc-mover.php &&php ~/qc-mover.php check --send https://cloud.quickhost.uk
Run it from your Magento folder. It needs SSH access to your server; if you do not have it, your developer or host can run it for you.
What it reads
- Magento and PHP versions
- Number of websites, store views, products and orders
- Database and media sizes
- Names of installed extensions
What it never reads
- Products, customers or orders
- Passwords or keys
- Anything on your store: it changes nothing
What happens next
-
1
Run the check
It prints a verdict, ready to move or what needs attention, and a reference starting with qcmr_. The reference is valid for 24 hours. -
2
Create your store
In QuickCloud, go to Magento Hosting, create a store and choose "Move my existing store in". -
3
Paste the reference
Paste your qcmr_ reference and the right package is already selected for you.
Multi-website stores move too. We copy your store across while it keeps trading, you check it, then a final sync brings over the latest orders just before you switch, so the cutover is short.

Learn moreIs this Magento?
Your store runs Mage-OS, the community distribution of Magento Open Source. It works with Magento Open Source themes and extensions. Magento is a trademark of Adobe; this is a hosting service for it.
Do I need to know about servers?
No. You get a store, not a server. We install, tune, secure and look after everything behind it, and the control panel has no server jargon.
Is my store on its own server?
Yes. Each store runs on its own server, so it is not affected by other customers' shops.
Are there limits on products, visitors or orders?
No. Each package shows a typical store size as a guide to help you choose, but there are no caps on products, visitors or orders.
What is the difference between High Availability and Standard?
High Availability restarts your store automatically on another server if the hardware fails. Standard uses the fastest local NVMe storage, at a lower price, without automatic failover.
Can I use my own domain?
Yes, up to 5 per store. One is the main address and the others redirect to it. HTTPS is free and set up automatically.
Is email included?
Yes. Each package includes a monthly allowance of store emails through our SMTP Relay. Order emails are never stopped when you reach it: extra emails are £2 per 1,000. You can use your own email provider instead.
Are backups included?
Yes. Your store is backed up every night, encrypted with its own key and kept off the server, and you can take your own backups any time. Restore the whole store, just the database, or files you pick. We take a safety copy before every restore. Backup storage is included in every package.
Can I test changes before they go live?
Yes. Make a staging copy of your store in one click. It is password-protected, hidden from search engines and has customer data anonymised, with payments and live email locked. When you are happy, push the code to live: we take a safety backup first, and you can undo it instantly.
Can I get SSH or SFTP access?
Yes, with Developer Mode: SFTP and SSH, Git deploys with rollback, and controls for cron, indexers and caches. It is off by default, so a store owner can't break anything by accident.
Can you move my existing shop?
Yes, from Magento 2.4.7 or newer (Magento Open Source or Mage-OS), including multi-website stores. Run our free one-minute, read-only check first: it tells you whether the store is ready and suggests a package. The move is guided, with a final sync just before you switch so the cutover is short.
Can I see my store's logs?
Yes. Error reports, the exception log, the system log and the web server log are all in the panel, so you or your developer can see what happened without server access.
Can my store cope with a big sale?
Yes. Boost CPU and memory while the store is running, with no restart, and drop back afterwards. Extra resources are billed by the hour, only while they are on.
Shared or dedicated CPU?
Every package comes with either. Shared CPU costs less; dedicated CPU gives your store its own cores as a virtual dedicated server (VDS). Choose when you order. Switching from shared to dedicated later needs a short restart.
How is it billed?
Hourly from your QuickCloud credit, with a monthly cap, so a month never costs more than the price shown. Prices exclude VAT.
Ready to launch your store?
Pick a package, choose your availability and start selling in about 10 minutes. We will look after the rest.
